The Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) is entrusted with the review of all building projects subject to the Town’s Site Planning and Architectural Integration Program (SPAIP). The deadline for submitting a complete file application is 2 weeks prior to the PAC meeting.

This evening is a Virgin Radio/CTV Movie in the Park event. There will be free food and entertainment, starting at 6:30 p.m. The movie starts once the sun goes down. See the event poster for more information.

For the first time, Montreal West will hold a combined street fair and fall festival on Westminster Avenue between Curzon and Milner.
Merchants will be showcasing their products, with some offering samples and gift items.

Residents are invited to place any unwanted but functioning and useful items at the end of their driveways for free pickup by their neighbours. It's perfect for those who'd like to do a spring cleaning but may not be inclined to hold a garage sale. Any uncollected articles should be removed in the evening and not left out for the Friday garbage pick up.
Regular council meetings are held in the Music Room of the Montreal West Town Hall on the last Monday of each month save exception. Council meetings are open to the public.
In order to ensure the accurate billing of your water consumption, it is important that your meter reading be submitted to us by September 23rd, 2019.
In the absence of a reply, water tax bills are based on an estimated usage and a non refundable $50 fee is added to the bill.
