The Children’s Library is a comfortable, safe and inviting space for families and children. They provide a wide range of resources and activities to encourage growth through curiosity, reading, imagination, learning and literacy.

Collection

The library has an extensive collection of over 25 000 items: French and English books, some Spanish books, magazines, DVDs, audiobooks and costumes and board games to appeal to children, youth and families.

Programming

There are a number of programmes on offer at the library, including Mother Goose / Tales for Tots, Book Club, Lego Club, and others. The library also offers special events. For information about all activities and events, be sure to visit their website or look them up on Instagram.

Basic Membership

  • Residents: free of charge
  • Non-residents: $40/year

Friends of the Library Membership

$25/year to participate in the Mother Goose/Tales for Tots and the Book Club.
