Using Indigenous traditional and contemporary dance and music, "My Urban Nature" explores our relationships with each other, the city, and Mother Earth. Barbara Kaneratonni Diabo will captivate you with her powerful storytelling and dynamic performance.
Highlights of the Evening:
-Meet & Greet: Connect with community groups, Summer Camp staff, and swim coaches.
-Live Performance: "My Urban Nature" at 6:30 PM.
-BBQ: Enjoy delicious food by Burger de Ville.
-Children's Activities: Face painting and other fun activities for kids.

3:30 p.m. Parade
The parade begins at Davies Park, located on the corner of Ainslie & Westminster South, and makes its way up Westminster to Parkside to end at Strathearn Park.
The parade will be made up of local community groups, dignitaries, pipes and drums and more. Contest participants will also have the opportunity to be part of the parade!
Sections of Westminster Avenue will be closed as the parade moves up to Parkside. Traffic will be redirected on Ballantyne and Brock for the duration of the parade. Check out the parade route and plan your trips accordingly.
4:30 p.m. Festivities at Strathearn Park
Music by the Fundamentals, dancing, cake, BBQ, beer tent, pony rides, petting zoo, inflatables!
To ensure a safe environment for all, glass bottles are forbidden in the park. It is also forbidden to bring in any alcohol. Alcohol will be available for purchase on-site.

10 p.m. Laser Show
The day ends with a captivating laser show at 10 p.m. at Percival Park. Bring your own chairs and blankets to sit on.

The Remembrance Day Ceremony will take place on Sunday, November 10, at 12:30 pm at the Montreal West Cenotaph, located next to the Town Hall at 50 Westminster Av. South.
Prior to the ceremony, a small procession will begin at 12:15 pm from the corner of Curzon and Westminster, making its way to the Cenotaph, led by a piper.
