Assistant Pool Manager

  • National Lifeguard (NLS) certification

Blue Collar

The position entails a variety of activities which include park and building maintenance, gardening, etc.

The position will pay an hourly rate of $17.32 for 36 hours per week. The position will start the week beginning May 9th, 2022 and finish the week of August 22nd, 2022. (Approximately 16 weeks).

 

2022 summer jobs

Summer students will be chosen based on their qualifications, experience, and availability.

All candidates must be students currently or intend to be in Fall 2022. Prior to being hired, candidates must provide their social insurance number and tax forms for payroll purposes.

Community Center Animator 

Qualifications:

  • be at least 16 years of age
  • experience and interest in working with children and being part of a team
  • knowledge in planning age appropriate activities and leading groups with creativity, enthusiasm, interest in games, sports, arts and crafts, music, and science
  • valid First Aid certification
  • bilingual (French and English)

Full-time : Must be available for 9 weeks from June 20 to August 19 (including training) 

A few part-time positions are also available.  

Camp Coordinator

Qualifications:

  • must have been Camp Councillor for at least three (3) full summers
  • bilingual (French and English)
  • mature, ability to organize and plan activities and to manage employee teams, ability to work with children,
  • background in team and individual sports, arts and crafts, theatre, music, and science an asset

Must be available from early June to end of August.


Camp Assistant Coordinators

Qualifications:

  • must have been Camp Councillor for at least one (1) full summer
  • bilingual (French and English)
  • mature, ability to organize and plan activities and to manage employee teams, ability to work with children
