Registration for the fall 2023, spring and winter 2024 activities is now open!

Fall session: September 11 – November 27, 2023

Winter session: January 8  – March 20, 2024

General policies & procedures

  • Most programs have limited registration and are on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Registration fees and/or programs are not transferable from one person to another.
  • Registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration, unless otherwise stated.
  • Please note that you may register for a program only during the appropriate registration period.
  • Applicable taxes must be added to adult programs.
  • Please note that a $25 service charge will be applied on all payments returned by the bank.
  • We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Interac or cheques made payable to the Town of Montreal West.
  • Participants are fully responsible for any facility and equipment supplied by the Town of Montreal West.
  • If the program is canceled if minimum registration has not been obtained, the full amount will be reimbursed.
  • Please note that programs are subject to change and cancellation. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • Programs that are more than halfway done at time of registration will only be prorated to a maximum reduction of 50%.
  • Certain programs are not eligible for early bird pricing.

Fees

Resident fee

Montreal West residents, as well as residents of Cote Saint-Luc and Hampstead are included in the resident fees for Town activities (excluding the CRA Programs).

Non-resident fee

Everyone living outside the perimeter of Montreal West, Cote Saint-Luc or Hampstead is included under non-resident.

Discount for 3rd child

The third child, and further additional children in the same family and attending the same program (residing at the same address with proof of residency) will receive a 10% discount on the program fee.

Refund policy

General refund policy

Refunds will only be accepted 2 weeks into the program and will only be considered upon receipt of a written request. After two weeks of the start of the program, no refund will be given. All refunds will be subject to an administrative charge of $45.

Refunds due to medical reasons

Any refunds requested for medical reasons will be considered at any time, provided a valid doctor’s note has been provided with the written request. If granted, the refund will be pro-rated on the unused portion of the fee and a 10% administrative charge will be applied in all cases.

Registration dates

Registration for fall, winter and spring programming began in August and is ongoing until the program is full or we close registration. Spaces for non-residents cannot be guaranteed.

Early bird pricing

Early bird pricing is in effect for all three sessions (fall, winter and spring) from the start of registration until September 4, 2022.

* Not all programs are subject to this discount.

Session dates

  • Fall: September 12, 2022 to December 5, 2022
  • Winter: January 9, 2023 to April 2, 2023
  • Spring: April 3, 2023 to June 12, 2023

COVID-19 Vaccination passport

In compliance with government guidelines that came into effect on September 1, 2021, please note that the COVID-19 vaccination passport will be required to participate in indoor classes for everyone age 13 and older.

You can show proof of vaccination in one of three ways:

  • On paper
  • In a PDF on your mobile device
  • On the VaxiCode application

Please note that photo ID will be required for all persons age 16 and over regardless of format. ID without photo will be accepted for people 75 and over.
