The Town is pleased to announce that it received an offer for the purchase of its property located at the corner of Avon and Westminster South following the public call for proposals launched in March 2019. The Montreal West Public Library which is currently located on this property will be temporarily relocated during the redevelopment project. The project will mainly consist of the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new one for mixed use.
