A watermain break at the corners of Avon and Brock S. requires repair work. Public Works will be on-site on Monday, April 14, 2025 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. (weather permitting).
Road closures and traffic impact
- Avon will remain open with one lane in each direction.
- Brock S. will be closed between Avon and Broughton (open to local traffic only).
- Detours will be in place and clearly marked with signage.
Users can expect slowdowns, please plan your trips accordingly.
Water service interruption
Water services will be interrupted on Monday, April 14 for residents on Avon, east of Brock S. The water will be cut off starting at 9 a.m. and will be restored by 5 p.m. at the latest.
