The concert will feature a forty to fifty minute musical performance by the brass of the Montreal Symphony Orchestra and will be hosted by the Festival’s Artistic Director, Denis Brott, to ensure audience mediation. The acoustic power of the brass instruments is ideal for an outdoor presentation in the midst of daily city activities (powerful sound without amplification). The musicians will play standing in the center of a circle drawn on the ground to be as close as possible to the audience while respecting social distancing measures.
