Council meeting question period

Within the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and following the directive adopted by the provincial government on March 13, the next council meeting scheduled on Monday, March 30 will be held behind closed doors.

In order to facilitate citizen participation, citizens are invited to submit their questions for the question period through an online form. The form will be available from noon to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, March 30th.

Submitted questions will be read by the Mayor during the first question period. An allotted period of 45 minutes will be set aside for answering questions from the public, after which Council will no longer answer questions.

  1. Citizens must identify themselves by providing their full name (first and last name) and address. If they fail to identify themselves properly, the question will not be submitted to the council.
  2. The question cannot use violent, offensive, or disrespectful language against the council or any person.
  3. A maximum of three questions per person will be accepted.
