Montreal West Age-Friendliness Survey Deadline Extended

Due to delays in the mailing of the survey, the deadline for the return of the completed surveys has been extended from November 30 to December 7.

Surveys can be dropped off at the Montreal West Town Hall (50 Westminster S.), the John A. Simms Community Center (8 Westminster S.) or Montreal West Adult Library (45 Westminster S.) during business hours. The Town Hall (side entrance) and Adult Library have secure mailboxes where surveys can be dropped off at any time.

If you are a Montreal West resident who is 60 years old or older and you did not receive a survey in the mail, you can pick one up at the above locations, or complete the online version of the survey on the Montreal West website at https://www.montreal-ouest.ca/en/age-friendliness-survey/.

We encourage you to complete the survey and provide the feedback we need to move forward as an age-friendly municipality. Your voice is important to us!
