Rental of Facilities

Town Hall, 50 Westminster South

2 rooms are available for rental for marriages, meetings, parties etc. The rental cost for either halls is $75 Resdient / 90 $ non-resident per hour (2 hour minimum) and 135 $ resident / 150 $ non resident plus applicable taxes outside of regular busines shours, with kitchen access.


Music Room

34' x 34', situated on the main floor with a maximum capacity of 60 people. This room is air conditioned. 


Assembly Hall

40' x 60', situated on the 2nd floor with a maximum capacity of 180 people. This room is not air conditioned.



John A. Simms Community Center 

Available for small meetings (maximum of 25 persons) or birthday parties for children 5 to 10 years old.  Cost is $40 Resident / $ 50 Non-resident per hour (minimum of 2 hours), plus applicable taxes.



Davies Park Chalet

Available for birthday parties for children 2 - 5 years old (maximum of 15 children). Cost is $ 40 Residet / $ 50 Non-Resident per hour (minimum of 2 hours), plus applicable taxes.  



Legion Memorial Rink

Ice rental (October to April)  Limited availability.  $155/hour plus applicable taxes.
