Household Hazardous Waste

 

The next household waste drop off is Sunday, May 21st, 2017.

Please drop off your items between 9am and 5pm at 250 Bedbrook (Public Works).

 

Acceptable items include: paint, paint cans, non-alcaline batteries, aerosol cans, medication, vehicle batteries, fluorescent tubes, compact fluorescent bulbs, spent propane canisters, and chemicals.

 

* Please do not include alkaline batteries or cellphones. These items can be dropped off at Town Hall in the collection basket. Electronic products should be brought to one of the Ecocenters listed below.

 

If you would like to drop off your items on a different day, please use one of the Ecocentres below:

 

Ecocentre Lasalle

Summer schedule - from April 15th to October 14th: every day from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Winter schedule - from October 15th to April 14th: Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00PM.

 

 

Ecocentre Cote-des-Neiges

6925 Côte-des-Neiges

Summer schedule - from April 15th to October 14th: every day from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Winter schedule - from October 15th to April 14th: Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00PM.

 

 

All residents of the island of Montreal have access to Écocentre, regardless of their original district. Proof of residence Montreal is requested upon arrival of the citizen.

Accepted proofs of residence:

- Year tax current account          - Invoice
- Driving licence   - Lease

 

 

Note: The number of required identification may vary from one Ecocentre to another. It is preferable to present two pieces of identification showing the same address, one with a photograph.
